I really enjoyed this resource and the clarity that it brought to Regulation A+. It truly is a step by step guide. My only request is that they had given resources/recommendations for choosing a transfer agent. It was very in depth on why a transfer agent is vital and why digital is important, but I was hoping for links or recommendations.I found a resource online for this:[...]

Needless to say the questions and anxiety about Regulation A+ are very well answered and comprehended. Average Joe can decide to participate in the future thru IPO participation.All the authors have very impressive background and have shown repetitive success thru their excellent understanding on the laws and regulation. This is an excellent book, both in terms of the knowledge it provides and its usefulness to investors and entrepreneurs. It seems increasingly hard for small companies to raise public or private capital, although it does not have to be necessarily the case. This book is a godsend to small companies and individuals trying to raise capital in order to successfully launch their business.
