I choose this rating for the simple reason that the book is well organized. filled with exhibits of sample forms from different states, and gets to the heart of the matter. The exercises focus your attention and are a good supplement to the more formal class setting. I have also found the constant references to the internet websites very useful in researching various areas of Elder Law. The cases chosen are an added benefit.We are giving this book a trial run in our class but from my perspective it is a keeper, and is likely to be used by other classes in the future, I would certainly recommend it.
