This book is awesome! It's so amazing to see what people do with the little space that they have in this city (and with tiny dog costumes, tiny names, and lots of other wonderfully teeny things). This book is a treasure trove of TINY anecdotes about New York. Next time you walk past the New York Public Library, you can stop someone on the street and say, "Hey did you know that the tiniest book in there is only 1 inch by 3/4 of an inch?" This is the kind of knowledge I like to accumulate. If you do too, go for it.
I thought this was "just" a really terrific concept really well executed. A tiny book perfectly suited for when you have tiny bits of time on your hands. And then I landed on chapter 38 and I’m probably going to go down the rabbit hole for days.Read the book largest to smallest, smallest to largest or bounce around like I did. You’ll probably find 44 things you didn’t know and at least a couple that thrill and fascinate you. Pick up a copy for yourself and one for that friend who thinks they know everything about the city. A fun read.

Perfect book for visitors wanting to see parts of NYC not on the usual tourist radar. As a lifetime resident, I kept opening the book and going "I never knew that was there!!" Sometimes I just open it at random to see what I'll find and maybe plan on visiting.
This book is AMAZING! The stories the author found are incredibly unique, heartwarming and informative. I had no idea how much hustle goes into being tiny! I highly recommend this read for anyone who wants a super cool and edgy coffee table book.
